PT Bungasari Flour Mills Indonesia is seeking a seasoned Food Service Manager to lead sales strategies for the food service segment, including consumer packs and premixes. You will identify new opportunities and expand distribution across HORECA, bakeries, restaurants, and mid-size food businesses.

You will drive solution selling, manage product portfolios, and collaborate with R&D and Marketing to align offerings with market demands.

Formación

Bachelor's degree required.
5+ years as Food Service Manager in FMCG or food manufacturing.
Strong creativity and analytical thinking.
Proficient in Excel and data reporting.
Willing to travel and speak English.

Responsabilidades

Develop and execute sales strategies for the food service segment including consumer packs and premixes.
Expand distribution channels across HORECA, bakeries, restaurants, and food industries.
Drive end-to-end food solutions rather than single-product sales.
Manage product portfolios tailored to food service customers' needs.
Collaborate with R&D and Marketing to develop new products.
Lead partnerships with external suppliers to broaden solutions.
Build and maintain relationships with key accounts in food service.
Lead contract negotiations and bundling programs with key customers.
