PT ATW GROUP INDONESIA is seeking an Executive Assistant to support a business owner overseeing multiple entities and a 500+ employee group. The role goes beyond secretarial duties, focusing on priority management, cross-entity coordination, and daily operational efficiency.

The successful candidate will be highly organized, discreet, and adept at preparing briefings, meeting notes, and management reports in Bahasa Indonesia and English, with flexibility for domestic and international travel.

Formación

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience as PA/EA/Executive Assistant.
• Experience supporting a business owner or CEO preferred.
• Strong communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Responsabilidades

• Manage daily, weekly, monthly schedules and priorities for the executive.
• Coordinate meetings, travel, and engagements across entities.
• Prepare briefings, materials, minutes, and follow-up trackers.
• Maintain confidential documents and executive communications.
