Job summary

McEasy, a transportation management solution, is seeking an Account Manager to join our growing team in Jakarta. You will own end-to-end account activities after leads are handed over from BD/SE and build strong relationships with enterprise clients.

The role emphasizes cross-functional coordination with service, legal, finance, and other internal teams, and a focus on revenue growth through farming, upselling, and cross-selling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with 3+ years of enterprise account management or sales experience.
• Experience in technical sales, PMO coordination, or SI environments.
• Tech-savvy with Microsoft tools, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management to handle priorities in a fast-paced, target-driven setting.
• Demonstrated delegation skills with a collaborative, customer-oriented mindset.
• Networks or familiarity within automotive, logistics, or transportation sectors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end post-deal account activities after handover from internal BD/SE teams.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and collaborate with BD/SE partners.
• Oversee enterprise-level systems and B2B account operations.
• Drive revenue growth through farming, upselling, and cross-selling strategies.
• Coordinate with service, legal, finance, and other internal stakeholders to support project and account activities.
• Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams, with strong task delegation and timeline management.
