Job summary

PT PHC Indonesia seeks a Procurement Engineer to source engineering materials, components, and equipment for manufacturing in Bekasi. You will review drawings and BOMs to ensure accuracy, and develop qualified suppliers.

Negotiate price, delivery, and technical terms while monitoring supplier performance. Collaborate with Engineering, QA, Production, and Procurement teams to optimize cost, quality, and lead times.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Engineering Procurement or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of engineering drawings, BOM, and technical specs.
• Experience in supplier evaluation, negotiation, and development; ERP/MS Office proficiency; English required; Japanese a plus.
