Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, with emphasis on engineering/manufacturing exposure.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in engineering/manufacturing industries.
• Experience with heavy industries (mining, metallurgy, timber, power plants) and strong local network.
• Knowledge of rotary and linear bearings; basic electrical drive knowledge.
• Proven sales track record and ability to manage projects.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement area sales strategy to grow Schaeffler product sales and services.
• Support and develop partners to establish relationships with major end customers and ensure service levels.
• Visit customer sites to observe technical details and secure bearing supply.
• Report market and competitor information to managers in a timely manner.
• Identify and coordinate training and product promotion for distributors and end users.
• Provide responses and solutions to quality complaints and after-sales service.
