Luminare Consulting is seeking an IT Digital Operations Lead for a well-known lifestyle retail client to drive digital transformation and align IT with growth plans through 2026. You will own the technology strategy, oversee internal systems, and ensure an integrated, scalable technology stack that supports rapid business value delivery.

Lead cross‑functional teams, manage ERP/CRM, e‑commerce, data analytics, and automation initiatives; partner with operations, finance, sales, and vendors; and

Qualifications

• Experience leading digital operations or internal IT systems teams.
• Strong experience with ERP/CRM and cloud infrastructure.
• Knowledge of data analytics and BI tools.
• Ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement an internal digital operations strategy and IT roadmap aligned with growth plans and 2026 vision.
• Oversee and improve internal systems including CRM, ERP, WMS/OMS, POS, e-commerce, cloud infra, data lake/warehouse, ETL, BI tools, and collaboration platforms.
• Identify opportunities to automate workflows and integrate systems to reduce manual work and errors.
• Leverage data infrastructure to create dashboards/reports for real-time decision making.
• Collaborate with all departments to prioritize and implement system enhancements beneficial to multiple teams.
• Lead Digital Operations team and manage vendor relationships and tooling decisions.
• Drive change management and training to improve user adoption and governance.
