Job summary

Monroe Consulting Group seeks a seasoned Chief Digital Officer to steer the organization’s digital strategy, ecosystem, and transformation agenda. You will provide executive leadership to drive digital growth, technology-enabled business transformation, customer experience, and data-driven innovation.

You will ensure digital initiatives align with commercial objectives, oversee data, analytics, and digital products, and guide strategic partnerships and governance across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Technology, Business, Digital, Marketing, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 12 years of relevant professional experience in digital transformation or digital leadership.
• Proven experience leading digital strategy and transformation at organizational/enterprise level.
• Strong understanding of digital platforms, customer experience, data & analytics, technology, AI, and digital business models.
• Strong commercial and strategic mindset to translate digital initiatives into measurable outcomes.
• Demonstrated experience leading and developing multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and change leadership capabilities.
• Experience working closely with C-level executives and senior business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the company's overall digital strategy and transformation roadmap.
• Drive digital innovation and identify new opportunities to strengthen business growth.
• Lead the development and optimization of the digital ecosystem, platforms, and customer experiences.
• Partner with senior leadership and business units to align digital initiatives with commercial objectives.
• Oversee digital products, channels, data, analytics, and technology-enabled initiatives.
• Establish digital KPIs and monitor the commercial and operational impact of digital investments.
• Identify emerging technologies, AI, automation, and other opportunities to improve business performance.
• Build and lead high-performing digital teams and develop organizational capabilities.
• Manage strategic digital partnerships and key external stakeholders.
• Ensure effective governance, prioritization, resource allocation, and execution of digital initiatives.
