Job summary

Sekolah IPEKA (Jakarta Barat) seeks a data-driven Evaluation Specialist to design and update survey instruments, collect and analyze data from evaluations, and manage KPI data within the strategic management system. The candidate should be detail-oriented, proficient in Excel or Google Sheets, and willing to be placed at the Head Office in West Jakarta.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Statistics, Management, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, data processing), including other Google applications (Google Docs, Google Forms, Google Drive, etc.).
• Detail-oriented, organized, and accustomed to working with large volumes of data and documents.
• Able to translate data into reports or insights that are easy to understand.
• Willing to be placed at the Head Office - West Jakarta.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and update survey and assessment instruments.
• Collect, process, and analyze data from surveys, assessments, and other evaluation activities.
• Manage and maintain Activity Plan (AP) and KPI data within the strategic management system.
• Prepare accurate reports and data analyses to support management decision-making.
• Maintain organized and accessible databases to ensure data integrity and efficiency.
• Support internal communication and coordination related to strategic planning initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
• Able to be placed at the Head Office - West Jakarta.
