Job summary

PT Pemeringkat Efek Indonesia (PEFINDO) is seeking a final-year undergraduate or graduate student (or degree graduate) to assist in strategic management initiatives in Jakarta. The role involves supporting RJPP/RKAT planning, KPI collection, and progress reporting while collaborating across functions.

The ideal candidate will have strong Excel skills, good analytical abilities, and meticulous attention to detail, with understanding of strategic management as a plus.

Qualifications

• Final-year undergrad or grad; preferred majors listed (Management, Business, Strategic Management, Statistics).
• Proficient in MS Office and Excel with basic to intermediate data processing.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Good attention to detail and ability to work with data and reports.
• Understanding of Strategic Management is a plus.
• Good communication and coordination across functions.

Responsibilities

• Support the strategic planning process, including the preparation of the Corporate Long-Term Plan (RJPP) and Annual Work Plan and Budget (RKAT) 2027.
• Collect and consolidate KPI updates and progress reports from Initiative Owners.
• Assist in managing and monitoring performance dashboards, including KPIs, work programs, and projects.
• Assist in preparing project progress reports and management reports.
• Support data collection, analysis, and administrative activities related to strategic management initiatives.
