Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Management, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, data processing) and other Google applications.
• Detail-oriented, organized, accustomed to working with large data volumes and documents.
• Able to translate data into clear reports or insights.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and update survey and assessment instruments.
• Collect, process, and analyze data from surveys, assessments, and other evaluation activities.
• Manage and maintain Activity Plan (AP) and KPI data within the strategic management system.
• Prepare accurate reports and data analyses to support management decision-making.
• Maintain organized and accessible databases to ensure data integrity and efficiency.
• Support internal communication and coordination related to strategic planning initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
