Job summary

PT JAC Consulting Indonesia data analyst role involves collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data from multiple departments to support operations and decision-making.

You will develop regular reports and dashboards, monitor KPIs, translate data into actionable insights, and collaborate with Production, Supply Chain, QA, Sales, Finance, and HR. Based in Pasuruan, East Java, you should have strong Excel skills and experience with Power BI, Tableau, and SQL.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Excel for data analysis, reporting, and dashboarding.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or other data tools.
• Familiarity with manufacturing operations, production data, KPI monitoring.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle large datasets accurately.
• Good communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support operations and decisions.
• Develop regular reports and dashboards to track performance.
• Monitor KPIs, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with Production, Supply Chain, QA, Sales, Finance, and HR.
• Validate data for accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement via data analysis.
• Present findings and recommendations to management clearly.
• Support ad-hoc analysis and business improvement projects.
• Willing to be based in Pasuruan, East Java.
