Job summary

Ideal candidates have 3–6 years of corporate legal experience, including listed-company exposure. Bilingual Indonesian-English skills and Mandarin proficiency are preferred; strong attention to detail is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Law (S.H.) is required.
• 3–6 years of corporate legal experience with listed-company exposure preferred.
• Experience in corporate maintenance, notarial matters, and AHU filings.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian corporate governance and related regulations.
• Fluent in Indonesian and English; Mandarin proficiency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage corporate governance, compliance, and statutory matters for the company and its subsidiaries.
• Maintain Articles of Association, deeds, AHU SK, shareholder information, and director/commissioner records.
• Coordinate with notaries on amendments, share transfers, and company establishments.
• Draft and review shareholder resolutions, GMS/RUPS documents, and board resolutions.
• Provide legal research support and prepare concise legal opinions.
• Handle corporate actions, related-party transactions, and licensing matters.
• Translate regulatory documents between Chinese and Indonesian as needed.
• Ensure licensing, regulatory filings, and compliance calendars are up to date.
