LYD Bali Group is seeking an experienced Legal & Compliance Manager to oversee legal affairs, regulatory compliance, corporate governance, and risk management across its Bali portfolio. The role collaborates with senior management and cross‑functional teams to ensure operations align with Indonesian laws while supporting sustainable growth.

The ideal candidate brings 5–7 years of relevant experience in hospitality, F&B, or multi‑entity environments, with strong Bahasa Indonesia and English

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (S.H.) from a recognised university.
• 5–7 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in hospitality, F&B, retail, property, or a multi-entity corporate environment.
• Experience in Indonesian corporate law, commercial contracts, business licensing, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance.
• Professional proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and working proficiency in English.

Responsabilités

• Provide legal advice and practical recommendations to management on business operations, commercial transactions, and corporate matters.
• Review, draft, negotiate, and manage commercial agreements, leases, vendor contracts, partnership agreements, NDAs, and other legal documents.
• Coordinate corporate legal matters involving PT entities, including documentation, licensing, and changes with authorities.
• Maintain proper legal records, contract registers, and corporate documentation.
• Support management in developing and implementing corporate governance standards and policies.
