Job summary

Siloam Hospitals Group is seeking a Corporate and Insurance Account Executive in Indonesia to drive sales with corporate and hospital insurance clients. You will present hospital products, build key partnerships with insurance providers, and maintain strong relationships in line with agreements.

The role requires coordination of promotional activities, accurate documentation, and effective communication with clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree from Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Insurance, Finance, or any related major.
• Minimum 1 year experience in the sales field.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with CRM, healthcare management software, and insurance billing systems.
• Ability to address and resolve complex issues related to contracts and claims.

Responsibilities

• Implement sales approaches and strategies to maintain and grow corporate and hospital insurance customers.
• Provide information about hospital products and facilities to potential customers.
• Collaborate with companies and insurance providers to become hospital corporate customers.
• Maintain strong relationships with hospital customers and partner companies per agreements.
• Coordinate promotional activities and documentation (MCU, seminars, on site) to ensure events run smoothly.
• Handle registration and documentation for internal parties to ensure proper distribution of employment information.
• Implement procedures for quality and safety services, attend training, collect data, and document reports to support hospital-wide targets.
