Siloam Hospitals Group (Tbk) seeks a results-driven Corporate Sales Manager to grow hospital corporate accounts in Jakarta and beyond. You will apply strategic sales approaches, expand revenue streams, and foster durable relationships with hospital insurance partners to ensure long-term collaboration.

You will hunt for new accounts, monitor monthly revenue data, and coordinate with the HO Sales Team to deliver services per partner agreements.

Qualificações

• Bachelor/Master Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Healthcare Administration.
• 3-5 years of experience in a relevant discipline with a strong Sales background (B2B).
• Strong skills in sales, negotiation, and account management to manage client relationships and meet sales goals.
• Ability to analyze data and trends to inform strategy and decision-making.
• Experience building networks and managing internal and external stakeholder relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Applying a sales strategy approach to customers to maintain and increase the number of Hospital corporate accounts.
• Providing information on the latest Hospital products and facilities to potential Hospital insurance accounts.
• Hunting for new corporate accounts to contribute to growth of new business revenue.
• Maintaining and enhancing cooperation with Hospital insurance accounts to ensure partner satisfaction and regular visits.
• Collecting data related to monthly revenue from corporate accounts as a reference for evaluation and analysis.
• Coordinating with HO Sales Team to implement/deliver services per partner agreements.
• Maintaining, upselling, and cross-selling existing business to expand revenue and sales achievement.
