Job summary

amIT Global Solutions Sdn Bhd is seeking a seasoned consulting professional to plan and coordinate delivery of internal and external projects in finance and business development. You will ensure timely, quality outcomes aligned with client proposals and requirements.

You will collaborate with Section Heads, expert panels, associates, and external clients to shape topics, budgets, and governance, while proactively managing delivery risks and driving process improvements.

Qualifications

Minimum Bachelor's degree, preferably a Master's in Finance, Business, Management, or related field.
5–7 years of experience in finance or business development with consulting knowledge.
Strong analytical capabilities with proficiency in financial modelling and business analysis.
Strong project management and cross-functional coordination skills.
Understanding of consulting proposal structures and project budgeting.
Leadership and people-management skills to coordinate delivery teams, with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Plan and coordinate the delivery of internal and external consulting projects.
Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and timelines as per client proposals.
Coordinate with internal teams and external clients/partners.
Collaborate to define project topics, proposal structures, and budgets.
Monitor and manage project delivery risks related to scope, timelines, costs, quality.
Develop repeatable quality-control and delivery documentation systems.
