Job summary

amIT Global Solutions Sdn Bhd is seeking a contract IT Project Coordinator to deliver and coordinate activities across multiple teams, analyze progress, and validate risk visibility. The role emphasizes governance, reporting, and structured documentation to support reliable project execution.

The ideal candidate holds a minimum S1 in Management Informatics (preferred S1 in Electrical Engineering) and PMP/ITIL certifications are highly preferred.

Qualifications

• S1 degree in Management Informatics is minimum requirement.
• S1 degree in Electrical Engineering is preferred.
• PMI PMP and ITIL certifications are strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and coordinate project activities across multiple teams and workstreams.
• Analyze project progress, risks, and dependencies for deviations.
• Validate accuracy and consistency of project data and reporting artifacts.
• Coordinate tracking and escalation of risks and issues with mitigation actions.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation for governance.
