Job summary

InterContinental Hotels Group is seeking a Cluster Sales Manager for Hotel Indigo & Holiday Inn Resort Bintan in Indonesia. You will develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth across both properties and manage key accounts, travel partners, and corporate clients.

You will lead sales initiatives, identify opportunities, and collaborate with Revenue Management, Marketing, and Operations to maximize revenue performance and achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

Proven experience in hotel sales and revenue generation.
Strong relationships with corporate, leisure, and MICE segments.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for both properties (Hotel Indigo & Holiday Inn Resort Bintan).
Identify and pursue new business opportunities across corporate, leisure, MICE, and other segments.
Build and maintain relationships with key accounts, travel agents, corporate clients, and partners.
Manage sales activities, client appointments, site inspections, and sales presentations.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and opportunities to strengthen market position.
Collaborate with Revenue Management, Marketing, and Operations to maximise revenue and performance.
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and action plans to achieve objectives.
