You will unite two brands under one cluster, drive commercial performance, guest experience, and brand differentiation while building strong owner and stakeholder partnerships.

You will oversee strategic planning, budgeting, and capital plans, ensuring sustainable growth and exceptional guest satisfaction across both properties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Administration, Hospitality Management or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership across two luxury/lifestyle hotels in Bandung.
• Drive commercial performance and brand positioning for InterContinental Bandung Dago Pakar and Hotel Indigo Bandung Dago Pakar.
• Lead multi-property clusters, develop high-performing teams, and manage key stakeholder relationships.
