Job summary

InterContinental Bandung Dago Pakar and Hotel Indigo Bandung Dago Pakar are seeking a Cluster General Manager to provide strategic and operational leadership for two premium properties in Bandung, Indonesia. You will oversee brand alignment, guest experience, and financial performance across both hotels while fostering a high-performing, diverse leadership team.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Hotel Administration, Hospitality Management, Business Administration or related field.
General Manager experience in luxury or upscale hotels.
Cluster or multi-brand leadership experience is advantageous.
Strong commercial and financial acumen.
Experience in Indonesia or Southeast Asia preferred.
Fluency in English; Indonesian language preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead two hotels: InterContinental Bandung Dago Pakar and Hotel Indigo Bandung Dago Pakar.
Align brand standards and guest experiences across both properties.
Drive revenue, profitability and market share.
Develop leadership teams and succession plans.
Build strong relationships with ownership and stakeholders.
Ensure safety and compliance across properties.
