Pixelku.com is a flexible packaging brand specializing in customized plastic packaging solutions for businesses of various scales. We are looking for an experienced and driven Business Development Manager to lead our business growth, strengthen client relationships, and drive revenue through strategic market development.

Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets.

Formación

• 3–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Account Management, or a related commercial role.
• Proven track record in achieving sales/revenue targets and developing new business opportunities.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to develop sales strategies and translate them into measurable execution plans.
• Experience in B2B Sales, Packaging, Manufacturing, FMCG, or related industries is a plus; comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets.
• Lead, coach, and manage the Business Development / Sales team to achieve individual and team performance.
• Identify new business opportunities, target markets, and potential clients to expand Pixelku.com's market presence.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients while managing the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting to closing.
• Monitor sales performance, pipeline, and market trends while collaborating with Marketing and other teams to drive sustainable business growth.
