Job summary

SGS Indonesia is seeking a seasoned Business Development professional to lead growth initiatives in a dynamic market. You will translate strategic plans into actionable sales programs, build relationships with clients, and collaborate with operations to ensure seamless delivery and value realization.

You will identify new opportunities, conduct market analyses, prepare quotes, and drive revenue growth while maintaining high integrity and safety standards aligned with SGS policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or Marketing.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in business development or marketing with a successful track record.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and high-level written and spoken English.
• Strong strategic thinking, planning and project management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Analytical, entrepreneurial mindset and results-driven.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify and contact potential clients to establish new business and grow revenue.
• Prepare and execute sales action plans aligned with strategy.
• Maintain regular client interactions to increase market awareness.
• Coordinate with technical/operations teams for handover and delivery.
• Prepare timely quotes and reports of sales activities.
• Monitor competition and network with key players.
• Ensure safe practices per SGS policies.
