Job summary

PT Infrastruktur Bisnis Sejahtera is seeking an Account Manager (Supervisor to Senior Manager) to identify and develop a pipeline of potential clients within Building Management and ISP sectors in Jakarta. You will organize site surveys, maintain databases, and prepare proposals.

The role requires strong communication, negotiation, and leadership to drive revenue, manage key accounts, and collaborate with technical and operations teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any major is required.
• 5–15 years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or Business Development.
• For Supervisor level: 5–8 years of relevant experience, preferably in B2B account management.
• For Senior Manager level: 12–15 years of relevant experience with leadership experience.
• Experience with Building Management, ISP, telecommunications, data center, IT, or related industries.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and business development skills.
• Target-driven and capable of working in a high-performance environment.
• Willing to be placed in Cikini, Jakarta Pusat.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop a pipeline of potential clients in Building Management and ISP sectors.
• Organize and coordinate site surveys and maintain updated databases of prospects and competitors.
• Prepare presentations, business proposals, and partnership proposals for clients.
• Coordinate with Technical Solutions and Operations for site surveys, engineering, scheduling, network design, and BOQ preparation.
• Develop and execute account strategies to achieve revenue and targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Building Management and ISP accounts.
• Identify opportunities for business expansion within Building Management and ISP markets.
