Responsabilités

• Develop and enhance relations with existing clients by various communication channels.
• Retain, upsell, and cross sell products to existing users.
• Plan, execute, and oversee events/gatherings aimed at solidifying relations, building new network, and other business objectives.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure satisfactory resolution of client issues.
• Gain a comprehensive grasp of crucial customer requirements and effectively manage stakeholder relationships to surpass KPI targets.
