Job summary

WWF Indonesia is seeking a proactive Learning & Internal Communications Intern to support content writing, employee interviews, and newsletter development. You will review video tutorials and learning materials related to internal applications and systems, ensuring clarity and alignment with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Communication, Psychology, Education Technology, or related fields.
• Strong writing and communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Good interpersonal and interviewing skills.
• Interest in employee engagement, organizational culture, and internal communications.
• Detail-oriented with strong editing and proofreading ability.
• Familiarity with video editing or content management tools is an advantage.
• Comfortable working with digital applications and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct interviews with employees to gather stories, insights, and updates.
• Write engaging articles and human-interest stories for internal newsletters and communication channels.
• Ensure communication tone and messaging align with organizational culture and change management objectives.
• Review video tutorials and learning materials related to internal applications or systems.
• Edit scripts, subtitles, captions, and supporting documentation to improve clarity and user understanding.
• Coordinate with application owners or subject matter experts to ensure tutorial accuracy.
• Provide feedback and recommendations to improve tutorial effectiveness and employee learning experience.
• Assist in organizing and maintaining learning content repositories.
• Assist the People & Culture team in other internal communication initiatives or related fields when needed.
