Job summary

Blibli Electronic, part of Blibli Group, is expanding its footprint and seeking a Store Supervisor to lead daily operations and sales at the Tasikmalaya location. You will guide the store team, manage inventory, visuals, and performance while ensuring top-tier customer service and adherence to Blibli standards.

The role requires 2–3 years of retail experience (electronics preferred) with at least 1 year in supervision, and a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business or Retail Management.

Qualifications

• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field.
• 2–3 years of retail experience, preferably electronics/consumer goods, with at least 1 year in a supervisory position.
• Strong leadership and people management skills with ability to coach and motivate team.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving customer satisfaction.
• Familiarity with electronic products, POS systems, and basic inventory management.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
