As a Store Supervisor, you will lead the front-line team, oversee daily operations, manage inventory, and ensure visual standards and brand compliance while driving sales and delivering a superior customer experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of retail experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory position.
• Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to coach and motivate team members.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving customer satisfaction.
• Familiarity with electronic products, POS systems, and basic inventory management.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
