Qualifications

• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field.
• 2–3 years retail experience, preferably electronics or consumer goods, with ≥1 year in supervision.
• Strong leadership and people management skills to coach and motivate team.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and customer satisfaction.
• Familiarity with electronics, POS systems, and basic inventory management.
• Excellent communication and customer-first mindset.
• Willingness to work shifts including weekends and public holidays.
