PT Deus Ex Machina Indonesia is seeking enthusiastic Store Staff to join our Jakarta retail team on a full-time basis. You will be the face of the brand, delivering outstanding service and maintaining a vibrant store environment.

Responsibilities include assisting customers, processing transactions, managing displays and stock, and supporting the sales team to meet targets. This role offers growth within a dynamic, customer-driven setting.

Formación

• Previous customer service experience is preferred.
• Cash handling and POS experience are required or advantageous.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Store Staff to join our retail team in Jakarta on a full-time basis. As Store Staff, you will be the face of PT Deus Ex Machina Indonesia, delivering outstanding service to our customers and contributing to a vibrant, welcoming retail environment. This is a hands-on role that offers the opportunity to be part of a dynamic team whilst developing valuable retail experience in a fast-paced, customer-driven setting. Your dedication to excellence and passion for customer service will be instrumental in achieving our store objectives and building lasting customer relationships.

What you’ll be doing

• Delivering exceptional customer service by assisting customers with product selection, answering enquiries, and providing knowledgeable recommendations
• Processing transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems and handling cash and card payments responsibly
• Maintaining store displays, ensuring products are well-presented, clearly labelled, and easily accessible to customers
• Conducting regular stock checks, receiving new inventory, and restocking shelves to maintain optimal product availability
• Keeping the store environment clean, organised, and welcoming through regular tidying and adherence to store standards
• Supporting the sales team in achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through proactive customer engagement
• Handling customer complaints professionally and resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction
• Following store policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations and loss prevention protocols
• Contributing to a positive team atmosphere by collaborating with colleagues and supporting store operations as required
