Responsabilidades

• Supervise and manage day‑to‑day store operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company standards.
• Lead, motivate and support store staff members, providing training, guidance and performance feedback.
• Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained at all times.
• Monitor store inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments to manage stock effectively.
• Prepare and maintain accurate administrative records, including daily reports and schedules.
• Ensure the store environment is clean, well‑organised and meets all health and safety regulations.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally and promptly.
• Coordinate with management on sales targets, promotional activities and store improvements.
• Conduct regular staff briefings and ensure effective communication within the team.
• Monitor compliance with company policies and procedures across all store operations.
