PT JUCHENG INDUSTRIAL INDONESIA is seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, drive sales targets, and deliver exceptional customer service. You will lead store teams to uphold standards, quality, and SOP compliance across all activities.

Responsibilities include managing cash handling, inventory control, staff scheduling, training, and implementing cost-control measures to improve efficiency and profitability while ensuring food safety and workplace safety

Qualifications

Experience in managing daily store operations and leading a team.
Strong inventory management and cost-control abilities.
Proven commitment to delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing, cash handling, inventory, and cleanliness.
Lead, supervise, and motivate staff to maintain efficiency and high service standards.
Monitor sales performance, analyze reports, and implement strategies to reach targets.
Ensure product quality, beverage preparation standards, and SOP compliance.
Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and minimize waste and costs.
Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain satisfaction.
Prepare staff schedules, monitor attendance, and support training and development.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards.
Evaluate store performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and profitability.
