Job summary

PT. Central Mega Kencana is seeking an experienced Store Manager in Semarang to drive store performance and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will lead the sales team, manage daily operations, and ensure brand standards are upheld in a luxury retail environment.

Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, coaching staff, maintaining inventory accuracy, and reporting on key metrics while coordinating with Area Manager and Head Office on business initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in retail, preferably luxury retail or jewellery.
• Proven experience in leading a sales team.
• Strong leadership, communication, and sales skills.
• Customer-oriented and target-driven.
• Strong integrity and attention to detail.
• Willing to work on weekends and public holidays.
