Job summary

CV Khasanah Sari is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead daily retail operations, drive sales, manage inventory, and ensure product quality and customer service standards across all shifts.

You will build and coach a team of 5–10, conduct regular performance reviews, monitor KPIs, prevent loss, and implement improvements. Willing to be placed and transferred to all CV Khasanah Sari branches; 6 days/week.

Qualifications

• Minimum education SMA/SMK or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years work experience in Retail or F&B.
• Experience as Store Manager is required.
• Experience in Bakery is a plus.
• Strong leadership and staff development capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Achieve store sales targets through analysis and strategy.
• Analyze sales performance daily/weekly/monthly to identify drivers and underperformance.
• Manage inventory levels, stock control, and loss prevention.
