Job summary

Maju Makmur seeks an experienced Store Manager to lead daily retail operations at Saga store, with full responsibility for team management, sales targets, inventory accuracy, and customer satisfaction in the retail area.

Responsibilities include ensuring SOPs, merchandising, staffing, budgeting, stock control, and resolving escalations while maintaining safety standards. Strong leadership and ability to work shifts, including holidays and weekends, are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum D3/S1 in any field.
• At least 3 years as Store Manager/Store Head in retail.
• Strong leadership and conflict management skills.
• Knowledge of inventory management, POS/HRIS.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Ensure daily store activities meet SOP standards, including cleanliness, display, and cashier readiness.
• Lead, train, and evaluate store team and manage work schedules (shifts).
• Develop strategies to achieve monthly revenue targets, analyze daily sales reports, and control operating costs.
• Ensure inventory accuracy, conduct stock opname, monitor slow-/fast-moving items, and minimize shrinkage.
• Handle advanced customer complaints professionally and ensure service excellence standards are applied by all staff.
• Ensure safety standards and internal operational audits are met.
