PT SATU RITEL INDO in West Jakarta is opening a new Korean beauty store at Central Park Mall 2. You will oversee daily operations, lead a small team, and ensure superb customer experiences on the sales floor.

This hands-on role requires retail leadership, cosmetics familiarity, and strong English communication. You will handle stock, cash reporting, and sales targets daily. Korean language skills are a plus for this brand.

Qualifications

• Prior retail experience; management or supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience in a cosmetics or beauty retail store strongly preferred.
• Comfortable assisting customers with skincare and makeup try-ons.
• English proficiency required (for reporting and communication).
• Korean language a plus (conversational level) — this is a Korean beauty brand.
• Comfortable working hands-on with customers, not office-only.

We are a Korean beauty retail store opening in Central Park Mall 2, West Jakarta, looking for a Store Manager and an Assistant Manager to run daily operations. These are hands‑on roles: you will manage the store and the team while also serving customers and selling on the floor. Our staff regularly assist customers with skincare and makeup product demonstrations.

Store Manager — 1 position

Schedule: Wednesday to Sunday, 12:30-21:30 (1 hour break)

5 days/week, 8 hours/day

Responsibilities

Oversee daily store operations, opening and closing
