Job summary

Melange Korea in Jakarta is seeking a Beauty Advisor to drive in-store sales, deliver personalized skincare consultations, and promote facial services.

You will build strong customer relationships, demonstrate products, handle inquiries, and ensure high satisfaction while consistently meeting sales targets.

This mall-based role requires flexibility with shifts, weekends, and public holidays, and is located at Central Park, Jakarta Barat.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school graduate or equivalent.
• 2-5 years of experience in Retail Sales or Skin Care Luxury Brand.
• Strong selling and communication skills.
• Goal oriented with target-driven mindset.
• Willing to work mall hours, weekends, and public holidays.

Responsibilities

Job Description

Develop and execute sales strategies to increase customer base, store traffic, and profitability.

Ensure excellent customer service, build strong customer relationships, and handle complaints professionally.

Actively participate in face-to-face sales, promotions, product demonstrations, and skincare consultations.

Achieve company sales targets.

Analyze sales performance, buying trends, customer needs, and propose innovative ideas to grow market share.

Maintain daily store operations including inventory control, POS operation, opening & closing, and reporting.

Ensure compliance with company policies, punctuality, grooming, and professional behavior standards.

Sell products and facial services ethically and professionally to ensure high customer satisfaction

Requirements

Minimum high school graduate or equivalent.

At least 2-5 year of working experience in Retail Sales/Skin Care Luxury Brand is required for this position with proven track record.
