A leading retail jewelry company in Indonesia is seeking a Store Manager to oversee store operations at Lippo Mall Aceh. Responsibilities include leading the team, achieving sales targets, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing daily operations. The ideal candidate should have a Diploma III or Bachelor’s Degree, along with 3-5 years of experience in retail. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role, along with a customer-service orientation.
As a Store Manager, you will lead the overall operations and performance of the store. You will ensure that the team delivers excellent customer service, achieves sales targets, and upholds brand standards. Key responsibilities include:
Lead, supervise, and motivate the store team to achieve sales and operational goals.
Create sales strategies and execute initiatives to drive performance.
Monitor daily store operations, including inventory, merchandising, and stock levels.
Provide exceptional customer service and handle escalated customer issues or complaints.
Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
Ensure the implementation and compliance of company policies and SOPs.
Analyze sales reports and implement improvements based on data insights.
Collaborate with regional and head office teams for promotions, product knowledge, and reporting.
Minimum education: Diploma III or Bachelor’s Degree (any major).
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in retail operations or a similar leadership role.
Proven track record in achieving sales targets and team management.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Customer-service oriented and able to handle high-pressure environments.
Willing to work on shift schedule (mall hours) including weekends and public holidays.
