Job summary

PT Armada Rock Karunia Transshipment seeks an experienced warehouse supervisor to manage storage facilities, maintain stock levels, and ensure materials are kept in good condition. The role requires organizing the warehouse, recording movements, and coordinating with technical teams for procurement and transport.

The ideal candidate has over 1 year of warehouse management experience, a ship or mechanical engineering background, and basic English.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise storage facilities, maintaining stock levels and good condition.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and categorized for accurate tracking and quick access.
• Record all item movements and maintain receipts, notes, and logs.
• Coordinate with technical teams and procurement to identify material needs and follow up on approvals.
• Conduct regular stock takes and prepare routine inventory movement reports.
• Prepare materials, arrange transport for crew, and dispatch equipment for maintenance or vessel visits.
• Report daily to site office and manage logistics/shuttle services for crew heading to vessels.
• Process and follow up on spare parts or items sent to external workshops for repair.
• Audit weekly stock usage and initiate reorder requests for consumables at minimum thresholds.
• Perform monthly warehouse inspections and submit operational reports to management.

Job description

Manage and supervise storage facilities, ensuring enough stock levels are maintained for operational needs and items are kept in good condition.

Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and categorized systematically for accurate tracking and quick access.

Record all item movements (received, used, and shipped) and maintain all related documentation (e.g., delivery notes, usage logs).

Coordinate with technical teams and procurement to identify material/spare part needs, prepare purchase requests, and follow up upon approval.

Conduct regular stock takes (stock opname) and prepare routine reports on inventory movements and current status.

Support technical teams by preparing required materials, arranging transport for crew, and dispatching equipment for maintenance or vessel visits.

Report daily to the site office/workshop for work assignments and manage logistics/shuttle services for technical team heading to vessels.

Process, document, and follow up on spare parts or items sent to external workshops for repair.

Audit weekly stock usage, complete missing dispatch documents, and initiate reorder requests for consumable items reaching minimum thresholds.

Perform comprehensive monthly warehouse inspections, audit actual physical inventory, and submit monthly operational reports to management.

Job Specification:
