Qualifications

• Final-year student or fresh graduate in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or related fields.
• Good analytical and research skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and willing to learn.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Fluent in English both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and store network analysis, including market, demographic, competitor, trade area, and store performance data.
• Support the preparation of market research reports, presentations, and analytical summaries.
• Assist with feasibility studies by gathering operational, financial, and market data for potential store locations.
• Prepare supporting analysis for ROI, payback period, profitability, and investment evaluation.
• Compile and analyze store sales, profitability, and investment realization data.
• Prepare periodic reports, dashboards, and performance analysis for Store Development initiatives.
• Maintain accurate store development databases, project documentation, and filing systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect and consolidate information required for store development and feasibility assessments.
