Qualifications

• Previous internship experience in HR, Sales Operations, or Recruitment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations across Business, Sales, and HR.
• Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and interviewers.
• Support recruitment administration and maintain candidate databases.
• Support SDR operations, including lead list preparation, CRM updates, and data management.
• Handle basic administrative follow-ups with prospects and clients.
• Prepare simple reports for recruitment, sales, and operational activities.
• Support ad-hoc operational tasks across teams.
