Job summary

Candidates should have SMA/SMK or equivalent, be able to work in shifts including weekends and holidays, and demonstrate teamwork and a customer-focused attitude in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum education SMA/SMK or equivalent.
• Retail experience is a plus.
• Understand basics of customer service and handling fresh food products.
• Able to work in shifts including weekends and national holidays.
• Neat appearance, communicative, honest and have good work ethics.
• Able to work as a team in a dynamic store environment.
• Thorough and have a spirit of serving customers.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, arrange, and maintain the appearance of meat products in the display area to be attractive and hygienic.
• Serve customers in a friendly, fast, and informative manner.
• Assist in receiving, weighing, labeling, and storing meat products.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area and ensure food safety standards.
• Monitor product quality and freshness; report damaged or unsaleable products.
• Assist in sales, promotions, and achieving store targets.
• Conduct stock opname and ensure product availability in the sales area.
• Support other store operations as directed by supervisor.

Key responsibilities

Prepare, arrange, and maintain the appearance of meat products in the display area to always be attractive and hygienic

Serve customers in a friendly, fast, and informative manner

Assist in the process of receiving, weighing, labeling, and storing meat products

Maintain cleanliness of the work area and ensure the application of food safety & hygiene standards

Monitor product quality and freshness; immediately report if there are damaged or unsaleable products

Assist in the sales process, promotion, and achievement of store targets

Conduct routine stock opname and ensure product availability in the sales area

Support other store operational activities according to supervisor direction

About you

Minimum education SMA/SMK or equivalent

Work experience in retail / modern stores / fresh products is an added value

Understand the basics of customer service and handling fresh food products (especially meat)

Able to work with shift systems, including weekends and national holidays

Neat appearance, communicative, honest, and have good work ethics

Able to work as a team and ready to work in a dynamic store environment

Thorough and have a spirit of serving customers
