Job summary

Howel & Co is opening its first offline store in Plaza Senayan and is looking for a dedicated Store Associate to support daily retail operations while delivering a professional and refined in-store experience. This role includes assisting clients, maintaining store presentation, supporting sales activities, and ensuring service aligns with Howel & Co’s standards.

Minimum education is SMA/SMK or equivalent; retail experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: Senior High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
• Previous retail experience is an advantage.
• Well-groomed, disciplined, detail-oriented and responsible.
• Able to respond to client inquiries with clarity, accuracy and confidence.
• Willing to work on a shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
• Able to support both client service and day-to-day store operations.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
