Job summary

INDICO, TelkomselGroup’s digital company, is seeking an Inventory Planner to manage stock availability, calculate stock requirements, and monitor levels to support sales and operations. A bachelor’s degree in SCM, Logistics, or related field and 2–4 years’ experience are required.

Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and ERP systems is a plus. The role requires strong numerical and analytical skills, attention to detail, and good coordination with Sales, Finance, and Operations to align stock with

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Management, Finance, or related field.
2-4 years of experience in Inventory Management, Stock Management, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related role.
Understanding inventory management and stock planning.
Strong numerical and analytical skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets. Experience with ERP/inventory management systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

Manage stock availability and ensure sufficient inventory to support business and sales activities.
Calculate stock requirements and working capital needs.
Monitor inventory levels and identify potential shortages or excess stock.
Monitor and analyze sales transaction performance.
Coordinate with Sales, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure stock availability aligns with business demand.
Prepare and maintain stock and sales-related reports.
