Posisi ini membutuhkan pelamar dengan SMA/SMK, pengalaman sebagai Steward atau Dishwasher di industri makanan, serta kemampuan bekerja di lingkungan yang cepat dan dinamis.

Qualifications

• Memiliki pemahaman higienis dapur dasar.
• Pengalaman sebagai Steward atau Dishwasher di restoran/kafe/hotel diutamakan.
• Fisik sehat, bisa berdiri lama dan bekerja cepat.
• Teliti, disiplin, bertanggung jawab, dan bisa bekerja dalam tim.
• Siap bekerja shift, akhir pekan, dan hari libur umum.

Responsabilités

• Mempertahankan kebersihan area dapur, tempat cuci piring, dan fasilitas back‑of‑house.
• Mencuci dan mensterilkan alat dapur, peralatan, piring, gelas, dan peralatan lain.
• Memastikan alat dan peralatan dapur bersih, tersimpan rapi, siap digunakan.
• Mendukung tim dapur dalam menjaga kelancaran operasi harian.
• Membuang sampah dengan benar dan menjaga kebersihan area pembuangan.
• Mengikuti standar kebersihan pangan, sanitasi, dan keselamatan kerja.
• Melakukan tugas lain sesuai arahan supervisor atau manajemen dapur.

Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen areas, dishwashing stations, and back-of-house facilities.

Wash and sanitize kitchen utensils, cookware, plates, glasses, and other equipment.

Ensure all kitchen tools and equipment are clean, properly stored, and ready for use.

Support the kitchen team in maintaining cleanliness and smooth daily operations.

Dispose of waste properly and maintain cleanliness of garbage disposal areas.

Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.

Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or kitchen management.

Qualifications:

Minimum Senior High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.

Previous experience as a Steward or Dishwasher in a restaurant, café, hotel, or bakery is preferred.

Understand basic kitchen hygiene and sanitation practices.

Physically fit, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and comfortable standing for extended periods.

Detail-oriented, disciplined, responsible, and able to work well in a team.

Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
