PT Hiro Group Indonesia is seeking a Maintenance Staff to oversee maintenance, inspection, and repair of restaurant facilities and equipment, ensuring smooth operations across our outlets. You will perform routine inspections, handle minor repairs for electrical, plumbing, AC and kitchen equipment, and coordinate with external vendors.

You will also create reports and ensure safety and usability of facilities.

Formación

• Minimum SMK/D3 in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
• Experience as Maintenance/Technician in F&B, retail, or hospitality.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, AC, and equipment repair.
• Ability to troubleshoot and perform basic repairs.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently or in a team.
• Willing to visit outlets for inspections.
• Domiciled in Surabaya and surrounding areas.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspection and maintenance of restaurant facilities and equipment
• Handle minor repairs related to electrical, plumbing, AC, kitchen equipment, and outlet facilities
• Perform preventive maintenance to minimize equipment damage

About you

• Minimum SMK/D3 in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Experience as Maintenance/Technician, particularly in F&B, retail, hospitality, or similar fields
• Understanding of basic electrical, plumbing, AC, and equipment repair
• Able to conduct troubleshooting and basic repairs
• Detail-oriented, responsible, responsive, and able to work independently and in teams
• Willing to conduct visits/inspections to outlets
• Domiciled in Surabaya and surrounding areas
