Job summary

Lilla Pantai Sanur – Sana Group is seeking a Steward to maintain cleanliness in the dining and kitchen areas in Bali. You will wash and sanitize dining equipment, glassware, and kitchen tools, ensuring everything is ready for the team to use and for service.

The role emphasizes hygiene and efficient workflow within a busy restaurant environment. No prior experience is required, and candidates must be physically healthy and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Experience as Steward/Kitchen Helper is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Wash and clean dining equipment, glassware, and kitchen equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen area, washing area, and work equipment.
• Ensure equipment is clean and ready for use.
• Assist kitchen team in maintaining cleanliness and smooth operational flow.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene and sanitation standards of the restaurant.
• Perform other duties as needed for operational requirements.
