Job summary

PT Istana Cipta Sembada in Banyuwangi, East Java, seeks a Quality Control professional to strengthen QC in our seafood-related production environment. The role focuses on corrective and preventive actions, daily process monitoring, and precise data reporting.

You will work independently and with teams, ensuring hygiene and compliance with HACCP, GMP, SNI ISO 22000, and Halal standards, while preparing clear QC reports.

Qualifications

• Educational requirement: D3/S1 in Food Science or Technical Education.
• Experience in QC in the food industry preferred.
• Knowledge of food processing, hygiene, and certification standards.
• Detail oriented with ability to prepare QC reports.
• English proficiency preferred.

Job Requirement

• Maximum age of 30 years
• Educational background: D3/S1 in Food Science / Technical Education
• Experienced in Quality Control (QC) in the food industry is preferred
• Good understanding of food product processing and hygiene
• Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, SNI ISO 22000, and Halal certification standards
• Familiar with data collection, testing, and quality reporting methods
• Detail-oriented and capable of preparing QC reports
• Able to work both independently and within a team in a food production environment
• Skilled in using MS Office and other relevant applications
• Proficiency in English (both oral and written) is preferred
• Placement: Banyuwangi, East Java
