JAPFA FOOD INDONESIA is seeking a QC Supervisor to monitor and ensure product quality across the production process in Nganjuk, East Java. You will lead QC activities, supervise the team, and coordinate with Production to address quality issues.
The role requires a D3/S1 in Food Technology or related field and at least 2 years in Quality Control, preferably in poultry or food manufacturing. GMP/HACCP/SSOP experience is essential, with strong analytical and leadership skills.
Monitor and ensure product quality throughout the production process.
Supervise QC activities and ensure compliance with quality standards and procedures.
Conduct inspections and monitoring of raw materials, production processes, and finished products.
Ensure implementation of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
Monitor critical control points (CCP) and support HACCP implementation.
Coordinate with Production and related departments to address quality issues.
Identify quality deviations and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.
Prepare QC reports and maintain quality documentation.
Ensure compliance with company standards and applicable food safety regulations.
Lead and coordinate the QC team in daily operations.
Requirements:
Minimum D3/S1 in Food Technology, Animal Science, Veterinary Medicine, Biology, or related fields.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality Control, preferably in poultry, slaughterhouse, or food manufacturing.
Familiar with GMP, HACCP, SSOP, and food safety standards.
Good understanding of quality control processes in food production.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good leadership and communication skills.
Detail-oriented, disciplined, and able to work under pressure.
Willing to work in a production/slaughterhouse environment.
Willing to be placed in Nganjuk, East Java.
