Job summary

MAS Holdings mencari kandidat untuk posisi terkait teknologi pakaian di Indonesia. Kandidat akan berkoordinasi dengan tim pusat, memantau perkembangan desain dan spesifikasi teknis, serta memastikan komunikasi persyaratan produk ke semua departemen terkait.

Posisi ini terbuka untuk lulusan baru dengan kemampuan bahasa Inggris yang baik, serta mahir Microsoft Office, dan bersedia bekerja di lokasi Boja, Kendal, Jawa Tengah.

Qualifications

• Gelar Diploma atau Sarjana di bidang terkait (garment/textile/industri).
• Fresh graduates dipersilakan melamar.
• Mampu komunikasi, koordinasi, dan pemecahan masalah yang baik.
• Berpikir analitis dan teliti dalam pekerjaan.

Responsibilities

• Koordinasi dengan tim Pusat MAS untuk memahami kebutuhan produk dan spesifikasi teknis pakaian.
• Menindaklanjuti kemajuan pengembangan produk, contoh, dan detail teknis sebelum produksi massal.
• Pastikan informasi produk dan persyaratan disampaikan dengan jelas ke departemen terkait.
• Koordinasikan dengan Produksi, Industrial Engineering, Kualitas, dan tim lain agar persiapan produksi berjalan siap.
• Bantu menyelesaikan masalah produk dan memastikan transisi dari pengembangan ke produksi massal berjalan lancar.

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Garment Technology, Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Good analytical thinking and attention to detail.

Able to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing.

Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Willing to work onsite in Boja, Kendal, Central Java.

Your Responsibilities

Coordinate with the MAS Central team to understand product requirements and garment technical specifications.

Follow up on product development progress, samples, and technical details before bulk production.

Ensure product information and requirements are clearly communicated to relevant departments.

Coordinate with Production, Industrial Engineering, Quality, and other teams to ensure production readiness.

Assist in resolving product-related issues and ensuring a smooth transition from development to bulk production.
