Colliers International Indonesia is seeking a Compensation & Benefits professional to implement the company's salary system and ensure timely payroll and benefits processing. You will advise HR partners and managers on base salary, bonuses, and equity programs while ensuring compliance with current laws.
You'll maintain confidential personnel data, resolve payroll issues, and communicate effectively with employees.
Implement the company’s compensation guideline including running the company’s salary system
Execute the process of paying employee benefits on time
Partner with HR Business Partner, Recruitment, and Managers on compensation matters, including but not limited to providing consulting on base salary, bonus, and equity programs
Ensure that compensation and company regulation practices follow current laws and regulations
Ensure that the employee personnel and compensation data are correctly stored and kept updated promptly
Maintain issues related to payroll and compensation benefits, and be able to communicate properly with employees
Bachelor's degree, majoring in Economic Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or any other related field.
2 – 3 years of relevant working experience in compensation and benefits, dealing with numbers and data analysis
Strong communication, personal, and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented individual with high ability in time management
Ability to maintain confidential files and professionally handle confidential matters.
Self-starter with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload under a tight deadline
